A thank you message from Joachim Hagege on behalf of the Sayeret Orev Nahal unit, to which weve donated $1000 after a special request from its soldiers in Gaza. In the name of my unit, Sayeret Orev Nahal, a Special Forces company operating in those very days inside the Gaza Strip, I would like to express our gratitude to all the people that participated to this great initiative, and obviously to you Alex for putting that in place. By doing this, you are showing to the courageous soldiers that are fighting on the front lines that we are united as one people. As one that served at the border with the Gaza Strip, I remember as if it was yesterday the great feeling each time we received any kind of support from people all around the world.. At those moments, you remember why is it you are doing what you are doing, and that you are not alone in this holy mission, which is REALLY heartwarming... I received a detailed request from my friends this morning, officers in the field, requesting for, among others: cigarettes, skin recovery creams, energy bars, dried fruits, small cans of energy drinks, candies, chocolates, underwears, socks. We will buy the most we can of it, with your generous donation. In those very moments, we are buying all this, and will deliver this to the Gaza Strip border later in the day.
