A thousand kudos to my neighbour Uncle Mulilwana Jack Musaali. - TopicsExpress

A thousand kudos to my neighbour Uncle Mulilwana Jack Musaali. This neighbour is to die for; not like those others who are selfish, full of themselves, arrogant, never say hi and pull airs on you and your kids. I witnessed another dose of his neighbourly kindness early this morning. So I dash out of my house, and race towards my sister Susan Nyanzis car. (Yes: she is my kind chauffeur this holiday - ferrying me to and from office every day, on her way to her own job. Living in the same compound with two of my sisters makes many aspects of life a lot easier!) Anyway, as I get to the car, I find Uncle Mulilwana on all fours, changing our flat tyre for the spare. Still in his early morning exercise shorts, tee and sneakers, the kind neighbour is screwing bolts and nuts back to hold the spare tyre onto the rim of the car-wheels. Susan is standing at the side, one delicate hand on her hip - the other one juggling her car keys as she taps her left high-heeled shoe in desperation! Uncle Mulilwana is done in a jiffy and we are heading to office. Although I can remove a flat tyre and replace it with the spare, I am very grateful that my dainty finger-nails, soft fingers and gentle body were saved from the chore this morning. More power, more life, more blessings to you Uncle Jack!
