A three days curriculum development workshop is opened this morning at BIAM, Dhaka. Sixteen officers from Election Commission Secretariat & its field offices are participating in the workshop. The main objective of the workshop is to developing skills for customizing the existing training curriculum into BRIDGE format. BRIDGE stands for building resources in democracy, governance and election, a human resource development process , developed by the Australian Election Commission (AEC) and followed by different election commissions. BRIDGE training module is trainee centric and very effective. The workshop is being facilated by an international DRIDGE expert.
