A tidbit of information for my customers out there. After all the great feedback I have received these past few months after starting this side project, Ive decided to build my own computer business here in Petawawa. Im moving away from Valley Geek to my business name TitAN Computers Services (Website coming) There are three things I have been working so far: 1)Cloud back up options - I have had too many customers come to me because of hard drive failure that caused them to lose precious pictures including baby pictures. I will work with you to come up with cost effective solutions to keeping your familys photos from destruction 2)Remote Support - you no longer have to bring your PC to me or wait for me to come to you, saving us both time. I can handle alot of issues right from my home office. 3) Daily Monitoring Plans - this one I am really excited about! I just received approve for leasing this software and can now offer it to you. The Daily Monitoring Plan is only $20 Monthly, no contracts!($25 activation fee per workstation, for initial setup & integration. *Must have at least Windows Vista) What it covers - Anti Virus Software with Unlimited Virus Removals - Windows Patch Management (install updates, basic troubleshooting for failed updates) - Daily mini cleanup (Temp files) - Windows Service Monitoring (we will attempt to restart a service if it is shut down) - Third Party Software updates – Run daily - Crypto Prevent (this is one of the worst viruses out there now) – Checked Daily for updates - Hard drive space monitoring with trending (so we can tell if your hard drive will be too full soon) - Basic hardware monitoring (can anticipate failures) Even thought I am not yet live, these services are available right now!
