A touching thank-you from our friend, Josh Beaubier, to those of you who participated in Roseville Yamahas Ride for Brooke on Sunday. I attempted to share my thoughts and feelings yesterday at Brookes ride day. It was difficult to speak because I was overcome with emotion. What our industry did for my family yesterday was unlike anything Ive ever seen. It was great to see and talk with so many friends. The message I really wanted to get across is that everything that every person has done these past weeks has mattered. It may have been a text or phone call, it may have been a card or gift to lift Brookes spirits, it may have been a financial contribution, it may have been food brought to the hospital or our home, or it may have been complete strangers coming to our aid. My point is...during this difficult time, everyone has rallied around us and it has made all the difference in the world. So many people have endured personal tragedy and have not had support like we do. My family and I are really looking forward to being on the other side of this and hopefully we will be in a position to help and support others who are in similar situations that we are in now. We feel a great responsibility to do so. Our journey continues and it will have its ups and downs. Yesterday was definitely an up. My family and I knew a ride day for Brooke was happening but had no idea of the magnitude and scale. Without naming people, I must say that I have some great friends and industry partners that made yesterday happen. Nothing I say will be able to convey my familys gratitude. I feel so lucky to be a part of an industry that embraces and takes care of its own. Thank you all for making Brooke feel so special once again and thank you for embracing my family. Please share this with friends that may have attended Brookes ride day.
