A traditional 3 star boutique hotel with a swimming pool, 3 restaurants and 2 bar lounges furnished with a state of art amenities in a good location and staff quarters arrangement is looking for energetic, innovative and experienced candidates to join its operating team in Ibadan as it is about to start operations in November 2014. Below are the vacant positions required to be occupied: GENERAL MANAGER: Expatriate preferred or must hold a degree in hospitality management with sound knowledge of and familiarity with international /local policies pertaining to hospitality industry . Candidate must posses strong management and communication skills with ability to demonstrate clear understanding of accounting and financial systems of the industry and should possess at least eight (8) years experience out of which 3 years must be on management level. OPERATIONS MANAGER- OPM Same requirements stated above ACCOUNTANT : REF - ACCT Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in accounting with 3 years experience in the hospitality business. INTERNAL AUDITOR: REF - IA Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in accounting with 3 years experience in the hospitality business. HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMIN: REF - HRA Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in any related course with 3 years experience in the hospitality business. CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO): REF CSO He must be an ex-military officer or retired police not below the rank of Inspector. FOOD & BEV SUPERVISOR: REF : FBSUP Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in hotel management or related course with 3 years experience in the hospitality business. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR : REF - HS Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in hotel management or related course with 3 years experience in the hospitality business. MARKETING OFFICER : REF - MO Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in hotel management or related course with passion for marketing. FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR : REF - FDS Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in mass communication or related course with excellent and warm personality. Must also have minimum of 2 years experience from hospitality business. CHEF : REF - CHF Candidate must posses either BSc or HND in catering or related course with excellent and warm personality. Must also have minimum of 4 years experience from hospitality business. MAINTENANCE DUTY OFFICERS- REF: Candidate must have 4 years experience minimum.
