A tranquil heart is a heart free from wrath, anger, hatred, jealousy and envy, and such like passions. This contributes much to the health of the body, mind and spirit, and the comfort of life. It makes the person to be humane, kind, and friendly; which helps to heal the distresses of others, and makes up differences between persons at variance. Such a one contributes to the comfortable living of others as well as that of the person. But, envy causes the rottenness of the bones. A person that envies the happiness and prosperity of others, preys upon his/her own spirits and soul, which does not only wastes the flesh, but weakens the bones. The person has no peace, joy or love. O LORD, may our hearts be filled with joy, peace and love of the Holy Spirit, and be able to share with others in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
