The Mayor and officials of Camden County declared today 9/26/14 Daniel Lombard Day Danny received a true heros welcome as a motorcade through streets lined with American flags took him to Town Hall with a Magnolia Police escort, the blare of the firetrucks and sitting atop a convertible, where he received numerous citations for his service. Aside from the townships citations, Danny received The Purple Heart and The Army Medal of Commendation for HEROIC and MERITORIOUS Service. Words fail me as to how truly proud I am and will always will be. Again, thank you to all involved. And to think, my heroes were once athletes...
