A trespass warning means dont come back: On 12/14 at approximately 10:00 AM, an FPD officer on patrol in the vicinity of CR512 and S. Elm Street observed Amber Baldwin entering a business at that location. The officer believed Baldwin had previously been issued a trespass warning for that location, so he contacted the IRCSO dispatch center to confirm. The trespass warning was confirmed so the officer approached Baldwin about the warning. When told she had an active trespass warning, Baldwin replied I dont have one anymore, but once arrested and in route to the county jail said cant you just give me a warning?
