A trip exists from point A to point B and is the shortest distance between those two points. But a journey, now that is something entirely different. A journey is something special, it meanders as far a field as possible from any known path. It encompasses as many points of interest as your mind can imagine. A journey includes an infinite number of interactions with nature, people and feelings. A journey leads to a surprise because the revelation of our last breath escapes us all. I want to take this opportunity, because of that element of surprise, to thank you. I thank you all for every contribution you have each made to my journey. I am thankful for every high, every low and even for every boring moment in between. I am thankful for every pleasure and for every pain because each one instructed me on the sins and virtues of vanity and humility. My journey taught me, how not to and more importantly, how to live and how to love. Because of the gifts you have each given me my surprise will find me with a biding love for you all. Don R. Hudson
