A useful exercise for conflict resolution: 1. Bring the person with whom you you are in conflict into your mind. 2. Conjure up a vivid image so that you almost feel his or her presence. 3. Start to contemplate the fact that the person also has hopes and dreams, feels joy when things go well and feels sadness when they do not. 4. This makes you become aware there is not an iota of difference between the other person and yourself. Just like you, this person wishes for happiness and does not want suffering. 5.
