A vacancy exists at Windmill Farm Dressage, to work with a small number of young horses and ponies (foal - 6 yrs). All normal yard duties are required. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to help with the production of quality dressage horses and ponies, including preparation for BEF Futurity, backing and exercising. A high standard of grooming and yard management is required. The post holder will be required to help with the running of the affiliated British Dressage competitions held at Windmill Farm. This position could suit an experienced groom, or someone eager to develop a career with horses by undertaking an apprenticeship.
