A vacancy has become available for either 1 horse and 1 pony or 2 ponies (due to stable sizes) on a small livery yard in brocton with only ever a maximum of 8 horses. There is a waiting list but due to the two stables needing to be rented out together (shared tack room) I am advertising. It is 20 pounds a week per horse and this includes: - own tack room - two stables - two individual fields - automatic water troughs - schooling area with lights - the yard backs onto a bridleway which leads to fantastic hacking on Cannock chase - person living on site 24/7 with CCTV - yard manager offering extra services if required (turn out/bring in /holidays) All horses have to be in at night over winter which is normally from October/November time until March/April. This year they were out in march and they are still not in at night (judged completely on weather). The yard is a working farm with machinery and farm vehicles operating during the day in the week (horses get used to it). Before being allowed onto the yard all horses must be up to date with vaccinations. Message on here if you have any further questions or would like to come and view. :)
