A very cool video, with a twist from the Paris/New York jazz trio: Arnaud Quercy (piano), Groovemaster (drums/vocal), Paul Uncle Funky Fraoley (bass)...but first, a few words of introduction from the groups piano player, Arnaud Quercy: Hi, Making this video has been a huge challenge... first from musical view point, I wanted to be up to the task with such fine musicians like Russel A. Worrell on Drums or Paul Fraoley on the Bass. I found the Yamaha back as I left it a couple of years back at the AM studios in NYC. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Ryan Taylor from World Connection Musics / AM studios for recording this session. I love this song by Kenny Garrett...so groovy....but, to go beyond just having fun recording this kind of Jam session with Russ and Paul (barely has a rehearsal to be honest), I ended up drawing and creating a whole story around it...hope you will enjoy the story as much as the music.
