A very good friend of mine was having an argument with his wife. - TopicsExpress

A very good friend of mine was having an argument with his wife. This was not usual in their relationship, the last two years of their marriage was plagued by arguments about everything. One day in the middle of an argument he said 12 words that filled the room with silence. “Do you want to be right? Or do you want to WIN?” Those words really hit home. You see, there is a distinction between WINNING and being RIGHT. Winning works together toward 1 common goal. Right wants to be right all the time. Winning is a give and take, but winning knows the legacies that the world admires most are those that are the givers. Right wants to be RIGHT all the time. Winning is not so much interested in the fight as it is in the measurement of that progress of reaching that 1 goal together. Winning understands that wins and losses will come and go, but the journey and memories will be eternal. Right wants to be right all the time. Winning understands the true essence of life is to release yourselves to those you love and trust. Right wants to be right all the time. These winning words of wisdom can be transferred into life, business, sports and personal relationships. I hate to be repetitive regarding RIGHT, but he/she has no other agenda other than the need to be right all the time. Be EPIC today and START WINNING! Stay encouraged #beEpic #Relationships #LifeLessons
