Daud Khan period are not implemented, Afghanistan conflicts will never be resolved because, unemployment of Afghans will increase drastically and the country economy will lag behind the rest of the world and finely all economical activities inside the country will collapse. A country is only independent when its own resources are manipulated by its own population. Your assignment as an Afghan politician is not only aiming at increasing political parties within the country but also raise your voice in applying engineering schemes strongly needed in Afghanistan now- building the hydraulic dams for generating Electrical energy . Organize a national conference in college of Engineering-KU. This is the darkest age for Afghanistan that the country has been linked in terms of electrical energy to neighbors’ countries’ energy resources. Now we are importing 300 MW from neighbors’ countries though, we have the potential to generate 23,000 MW electrical hydro power (cleaned Energy) inside Afghanistan. Now, our peak hydro power generation reaches 250 MW all over the country. I was a member of WAPICA in pre-war time.
