A very interesting piece of writing; it is written for young architects looking for a job but equally can be apllied to many other professions. It is also a witness to mind- set of young generations: self-realisation professionally as well as personally appears to be about taking the right decision, doing the right search and learning, creating and connecting again and again, but searching for a job has and finding and flourishing in one is a search about autonomy and that including the element of dare to live. Young generations it seems, having an acute sense of self-awareness and are competetive and responsible in their attitutes. What about the unpredictable and unexpected? Sometime one is simply at the right time and right place, creating and connecting once again, breathing deeply and living again, sometimes not. (Change your city, seek another environment and new opportunities will present themselves, says the author, -create your own luck in other words) In short, İf one is lucky enough to find an equlibrium between social and individiual, known and unknown, possibilities and means, dreams and realities, he is to one who have escaped the fate of many others, who is likely to be lucky enough to live in an environment that have encouraged such a development.
