A very kind stranger helped me and Allie out in a major way today! We were 6 hours from home when we found ourselves with a worn out alternater and a very dead car. We made it to an Auto Zone, but found no help and a wrong diagnosis of the problem. Thankfully a mechanic stopped in and offered help. He figured out the problem and ended up taking over 2 hours out of his day off to help us. He helped get us a good deal on a new part and replaced it by hand in the parking lot for free, despite us trying to pay him. Truly a blessing since all the mechanic shops were closed on Sunday and we needed to be home by tonight. He was such a good reminder that there are people out there that will help someone in need without thinking twice, and that you never, ever need a reason to be kind to people. Thank you, stranger!
