A very much awaited announcement! It all started with a 50p workout DVD….I was in London awaiting my departure to India, it was freezing, I was bored and craved a good workout without anyone around, so I took myself out and found myself an unforgettable DVD from a charity shop in Camden town!! This turned out to be quite a chapter in this lifetime…… Had never heard about this particular practise or the person on screen….one thing I remember though – he moved like a gracious animal and had the most spectacular body, so as always, I wasted no time, looked him up, found his organisation in London and I put it down as my next project after India… I wrote a status back in April about my trip to London and an intensive weekend of hard core and very demanding practise. I spoke about the person leading the course as of course, he challenged my mind my body and my ego in the most exhilarating ways and as military as he was in his approach, I can tell you that I was there to immerse myself in all he had to offer despite the absolute fear I managed to hide so well….. So a couple of years after my home workout I finally got to meet the founder and creator of one of the most spectacular practices anyone will ever experience. I am super proud to say I am now in a position to represent his practise and I will be teaching it for the 1st time on the ROCK! So here it is…..BUDOKON…. a phenomenal marriage of Yoga, Martial Arts, Animal Locomotion, Mind Science and Philosophy founded by Cameron Shayne , the same soul who trained the beautiful Jennifer Aniston and choreographed Chris Tucker’s fight scenes in Rush Hour. Cameron, I find to be, a master with the most sensual of intellect and breathtaking abilities. India was life changing in many ways however, meeting Cameron and being introduced to his mastery stands on the same high pedestal.
