A very respected management expert in theory and and practice sent this to me...I would sign a petition to the presidency that seeks to rescind the appointment of Kpessa Whyte, not because of him as a person, but because his profile doesnt fit what is needed for a job like this. It is this appointment of unqualified people that is partly responsible for landing us in this situation.. we have to take these issues seriously. I needed to clarify that my earlier comments are not about the person of Kpessa, but his abilities . Whilst some choose to suggest that his SRC Presidency in the University is a great asset he comes to NSS snake cesspool, I would have given that job to a ruthless structures and private sector man like Frank Adu of Cal bank who overhauled the financial scheme under the NHIS through world class rating of employees which seems to be faltering after he had done the work. When money has been wasted by a national entity as the NSS, you do not appoint an inexperienced and precocious political appendage to clean anything up. I dont trust that wisdom.
