A vibrant life is filled with the full palette of colors/emotions. You cant just live with good or happy feelings. Without love you wouldt know loss or grief. Without tears, what meaning joy or happiness. LIfe needs to be embraced in its entirety to get the full glorious, experience, the highs and the lows to really be alive.
