A visual representation to the value of competing in small group sessions, especially when you get to challenge a former Div-1 soccer star. Small groups are a great environment for players to still receive specialized training and attention (through a series of constant repetitions) but it provides the flexibility to design drills/activities that forces each player out of their comfort zone. This will challenge each player physically as well as mentally which will further develop their technical skill and playing ability.
