A volunteer writes: One of my favorite songs is by Neil Diamond and the lyrics are: Shilo when I was young, I used to call your name. When no one else would come, Shilo you always came and wed play... Of course, I sang the song to our Shilo as we played. Puppy Shilo is a gorgeous, compact little guy in a lush brindle coat, sweet face and intelligent eyes. Hes likely housetrained going the moment we were out the door and then showing off good leash manners as we walked to the park. He does however think that walking himself is a cool thing to do, so will jump up on the leash from time to time, walking himself wagging his tail so pleased with himself! He does respond to a firm no, will release with a treat distraction, and we continue on. Shilo doesnt mind being tethered for pictures, poses like a rockstar making soft eye contact and sitting as soon as he sees a treat in my hand. I hadnt even asked him to sit yet! Off leash in the yard he tosses around a toy, gleefully playing, wagging his tail, having the best time. Cuddle time means his head in my lap, reaching up to give me gentle kisses. Hes a great little pup whos looking for someone to sing to him (he was very understanding of my bad voice smile emoticon ), love him and provide him with all his needs. Hes ready to love you, unconditionally, for the rest of his life. Win-win. Ask to meet him today.
