A vote for Howie Hawkins is a vote for the only progressive gubernatorial candidate. Hawkins wants to ban fracking, raise the minimum wage and reconvene the anti-corruption Moreland Commission, as well as establish an independent state ethics commission. He advocates for fair elections and full public financing for campaigns. He would support farms and farmland, restrict GMOs, work to transition to organic agriculture, e supports criminal justice reform, human rights and pay equity. And his campaign has accepted no money from big business interests.
