A week after newborn Hudson Bond received national attention when Facebook rejected a post about the boy’s medical condition, the 2-month-old received his much-needed heart transplant Monday. Hudson suffers from cardiomyopathy and when his father posted an image of the boy on social media, he was met with a rejection that stated the photo was too “scary, gory, or sensational” to publish. Facebook has since apologized to the family who continues to update a page dedicated to Hudson with photos and information on his condition.
