A weekend workout move for you all to try. The T push up. Whilst executing them in my program yesterday I thought everyone needs to include these in a program every so often. Why???? Well they work the chest, shoulder, butt and arm muscles but more importantly are great for the core. And who doesnt want a strong core when every movement we do involves the core? You can do them on toes or knees but keep the butt inline with a straight body and lift the hips so you dont sag through the lower back. Perform them slowly including the push up. Inhale in the way down and exhale pushing up. Inhale raise the arm and exhale lower the arm. Performing 2 to 3 sets of 10 reps, 5 per side, will get you burning. Happy working out xo
