A while back we posted a 60 second video public service announcement regarding pedestrian checks. The longer version of the video is now finished. It is completely understandable that many people do not want to be stopped by law enforcement officers. What we are trying to do with this video is offer some explanation as to why citizens are sometimes stopped by police. Also explained in this video is a method in which to voice your concerns to the police department if you feel you were treated incorrectly. We take your feedback very seriously. I understand that there will be some who take exception to some of the suggestions we provide in this video. I ask that any comments made to this post be respectful of others, and on topic. This video turned out great, and I would like to thank Tom Hendrixson from Your Hometown Stations for his excellent work with the production of this video. Thanks to our actors who all did a great job!
