A whirlwind of feelings going on this morning. Separation from my son Kyle for him to go to college brought to mind when a dear friend, Juel, sang a song about his son in a passion play at church. He is my son. Giving him up is a hard thing to do and I can not imagine the sacrafice that God made for us. Today we reflect on the events in New York 12 years ago. So many gave their loved ones that day. It is also the day we were blessed to have Ian come into our lives. Happy 27th birthday to him.Please take a moment today and thank God for all your family and friends. Pray for families facing lose of loved ones in sacrafice for the freedom of our country.
