A winning season with a new crop of guys eases most of the concern that Tomlin was winning with Cowhers roster. Picking a replacement for Dick LeBeau and rebuilding that defense is going to be the biggest challenge for him. The secondary needs a complete overhaul. The linebackers are suspect. Only one guy on that side of the ball, Heyward, is a standout. Still, 11-5 and a division title? One of the best offenses in football coming back next season intact? Cant complain too much.
