A woman brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil. ( Luke 7:36-50) Washed His feet with her tears. Then wiped with her hair n kissed His feet n anointed with the perfume. Simon the Pharisee said, "She is a sinful woman." How can a religious teacher go near such a sinful woman? Like Paul, Simon the Pharisee was trained in the school for Pharisees. Jesus was trained in a carpenter shop in small place called Galilee. His fisherman friends like Peter were never schooled in a religious college. Galilee is an insignificant place in the books of the Prophets. "Can any good thing come from Galilee?" Jesus said, "Though her sins are many, they are forgiven for she loved much." Jesus said to her, "Your sins are forgiven. Your faith has saved you. Go in peace." Remember. Jesus not yet died on the Cross. His blood not yet shed. Go in peace. Your sins are forgiven. Satan will say, “No not all your sins are forgiven.” And u still live with a guilty conscience. You cannot overcome the Accuser of the brethren with a guilty conscience. To be an overcomer, you must believe that God has forgiven your sins. They are washed white as snow because of the Blood of Jesus on the Cross. Stop allowing your past to control your present and determine your future. Your past ended the day u received Jesus into your heart. Today is a new beginning. Live it with joy and anticipation! Have the peace of God in you, for no fear, confusion or doubt should be in your heart if you have Jesus dwelling in it. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength, let your days be filled with laughter and blessings from above. Let every single day be a celebration with Jesus. Revelation 12:11 : “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb n by the word of their testimony, n they did not love their lives to the death." Therefore by His blood, we can now enter boldly into the Holiest, the throne of grace. Hebrews 13:20,21 : 20: by the blood of the eternal covenant, to equip u with everything good, that u may do His will with God working in u that which is pleasing in His sight.” By the blood of Jesus, we are now able to enjoy free access to the throne of grace, to come behind the veil into the holiest, into His holy presence. We can enter boldly with confidence in full assurance of faith. Free from a guilty conscience. By faith, no longer by dead works. Hebrews 9:14: “the blood of Christ.. purify your conscience from dead works to serve the living God.” God is a living God. Dead works cannot serve Him. Only a pure conscience can. You cannot draw near boldly unless your heart is sprinkled clean from an evil conscience. To overcome Satan, u must come to throne of grace without a guilty conscience. God has forgiven all your sins. Forgotten. into the deepest ocean. Remember no more. As white as snow. Hebrews 10: 17-18 : This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord : I will put My laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,” and I will remember their sins and their misdeeds no more.” Hebrews 8:12: I will remember their sins no more. How to draw near with a true heart? By Blood. Without blood, no forgiveness of sins. Jesus dies for our sins. His will becomes the new covenant in His blood. By His blood, we overcome the Accuser of the brethren. How to be sprinkled by the blood? by faith How to reach such a faith? Blessed the poor in spirit; blessed those that mourn. Blessed those who hunger n thirst after righteous; blessed the pure in heart. Hebrews 10:22 : " let us draw near with a TRUE HEART in full assurance of faith having OUR HEARTS sprinkled from an EVIL CONSCIENCE n our bodies washed with pure water." Conscience can be evil. Conscience affects our thinking; our thinking affects our hearts. We must come with a true heart. By the Blood we can enter the Holiest, having our hearts sprinkled by the Blood from an evil conscience.
