A woman named Chris from Minnesota (a Vikings fan!) read my autobiDOGraphy a few months ago. My book inspired her to get over her fear of shelters because there were animals who needed to be loved. Since then she has been very involved with her local rescue group. She transports animals from shelters to their foster homes or permanent homes. This morning she helped at an intake event of 14 dogs and puppies that came to MN from TX. Tonight she is taking part in a 18 dog transport coming to MN from MO. Here are some pictures of the five furry passengers who will be fortunate enough to hitch a ride with her tonight. Without volunteers like Chris to love them, they would probably have been euthanized. I DIG YOU CHRIS!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE WORLD A BRIGHTER PLACE!!
