A woman of very advanced years has called my number 6 times in rapid succession asking if shes reached the cemetery. Each time I have very patiently responded No, you have the wrong number. I even let call #3 go to voicemail but that did not help. On call #5, I asked her for the name of it and offered to call her back with the proper # but she hung up on me and called right back with the same inquiry. I recognize it would be very bad karma, so Ive resisted saying, Yes, this is the cemetery. Come on down! Weve got the headstone ready for you! but its getting tempting...
