A wonderful anniversary trip ended not so good. Friday night was Jamaican night which meant outdoor buffet with all the local food. We ate the same thing and about an hr later became very ill. I figured we just werent used to it and didnt think much of it until it got worse. However, both of us being very, very ill, suffering through a flight being violently ill and no better today, upon arriving home we went straight to ER. The diagnosis - severe food poisoning and the Jamaican flu. Liquids and rest ordered next several days.
