A wonderful lady sent this to us a few minutes back and she wanted us to share with all our P&Y mums. Please find below; I had an experience a few days back and I felt I should just share it. A woman was rushed into our facility,she was involved in an accident. The motorcycle she was on was hit by a car. Herself and the rider were rushed in,she had a deep laceration on her leg,her face was swollen and bleeding from a wound on her cheeck. She also sustained bruises on her hands... As she was brought in the doctor quickly went to her on the couch and was trying to examine her to know if she had injuries that were covered but she refused. She could not talk much all she did was to point her hand to the direction of a crying baby that was brought in with them. I suspected the baby was hers. When all attempt to examine her failed,I called in the person carrying the baby,on seeing the baby, she srtuggled to sit up not minding her injuries and pain,reached out for the baby and then open her clothes and started to breastfeed! I was humbled. Mothers love. Not minding her pain,nt minding whether she would die or not,all she wanted was to calm her crying baby down. God bless every mother that has the heart of gold
