A wonderful night out Where the Support and Mining Solutions teams gravitated towards outdoor, nature-based activities, Bali Medical Solutions teams preferred to stick closer to home. The group of 29 people sat down for a lavish dinner at Bale Udang Mang Engking, one of the popular restaurants in Bali. Various seafood dishes, cooked in traditional Indonesian style that the restaurant was known for, were spread out on the long table, for everyone’s enjoyment. By the end of dinner, no one was left wanting. Following dinner was a lively karaoke session at the Happy Puppy. One by one, everyone sang, whether voluntarily, or after a bout of persuading from their friends. Singing with no restraint helped breaking the ice between colleagues and once no one felt shy in expressing themselves through music, conversation flowed easily. It wasn’t quite Indonesian Idol in there, but no one minded and it didn’t discourage repeat performers. “We’re staying in the city, true, but it doesn’t mean we don’t have fun!” Iwan Setiadi, sales manager, declared. “It’s a relaxing, no-pressure, celebration and no matter what we do or where we are, the company is the most important part of this outing.” Check out our album for some pictures we have on the night!
