A word of encouragement during a failure is worth more than an hour of praise after success. The human condition is wired to succeed. We are fashioned to create life and apply innovation. we have a tenacity of spirit that can break through the darkest hour, discover revelation in the mundane and impart hope into a hopeless situation. We can survive against all the odds and elements, yet crippled and undone by imbibing the effect of negative words. The secret to self empowerment is found in the words of life. Words of positivity, Words of praise and encouragement. The simple use of life giving words, can change the atmosphere from one of anger and frustration, to one of peace and resolve. One encourager is all it takes to change the atmosphere in the workplace, home or a group. They are worth their weight in gold, In fact one of my favourite verses is A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver. In a time of darkness and loss, why not be the one to bring encouragement. After all, success has within it the power to motivate.
