A year ago this very day up to heaven you did fly homeward bound to Jesus arms to your new home in the sky As I held your hand and saw the pain and sorrow on your face. I knew the time had come for you to go to that better place. for in my house there are many rooms A promise that Jesus said. Now come with me and settle in, Be restored and well and rest. Im sure the wings He gave you are as large as they can be. And I know you look down everyday and blow a kiss to me. I missed you on my birthday and Christmas was so hard But not as tough as Mothers Day without you to give a card. I look up to the sky above at night and know that you are close. The stars like holes in heaven shining through from you to us. A year has past and how the tears have fallen everyday A life without you has been so tough to make and find our way. I hope there is a party for you like the birthdays we celebrate. To remember your heaven birthday a truly special date.
