A year ago today April 6th we stood in our road and watched as Milburn Vol Fire Dept fought to put our home out but it still burned to the ground. I still think a lot about how none of them good men even had to respond but they DID!! THANK YOU!!! The next morning we went to church anyway... Where else did we have to go? Nowhere.... That was our family!!! LiveOak UPC loved us and showed us just how much! They wrapped there arms around us and loved us thru this valley... Our neighbors John and Shelly Parsons Andrews, we could never thank you for all you did... Raymond Faull and Katherine Faull you are not only our neighbors but you are our family... Not many people with six kids would open their hearts and doors to provide a temporary home for some one that had nothing to give in return. Missy McGlocklin Morris, Cindy Caldwell, Jill Parham, Ralph and Mama Joy and so many more...I cant began to name you all you showed us that our community is our family and when pulled together we can rebuild........My cousins Scarlett Schmitz Cole and Shawn Cole and Deb Carter Deatherage you were heaven sent!! God brought us through one of the toughest years of our lives.... Thank you Jesus for your protecting hand and your Grace and Mercy and your healing power!!!
