A year ago today, November 23, 2012, my best friend passed away the day after Thanksgiving, my Mother Blanche L. Thomas. Its been a very difficult year for me. I can honestly say she was the best mother on earth. She loved her family: her children, grands, and great-grands, brothers & sister, & Nieces & Nephews, and her BFF Bessie Patterson, Ushering in her Church, cooking, her soap operas, football, basketball, golf, and tennis. My mother loved to have fun and laugh at me, Karla & Carl. Most of all she was very smart and worked very hard to get a job at the Post Office where she retired from. There are many other things that made my mother special, but theres not enough room to express all of her good qualities. There is a complete list of her accomplishments hanging on the walls if her Mansion in a Heaven. I love u and miss u Mommie!
