A year and a half ago I could barely walk, couldnt drive and definitely would NEVER imaged I would EVER participate in a Mud race or any fitness activity for that matter. One of the best and life changing decisions I ever made was to get the spinal fusion. It has allowed me to be the mom, wife, fitness coach and now racer I have always hoped to be. Thank you to Paula Mergler Angela Larrabee and Nikki Noren Hooten for doing the Mudderella with me and encouraging and supporting me until we crossed the finish line. I can now officially check this off my bucket list!!
