A year and ten days ago, the three named partners of this firm sat down and declared, after a duly organized vote, that ten days later, a year ago today, through a filing with the New York State Department of State, Division of Corporations, that a new firm would be born. It is with great pride and excitement that Paykin, Richland & Falkowski, P.C. is celebrating its first birthday. In our first year, we have taken on major banks, major firms and some rather exciting cases. In our second year, we are opening a new office (Garden City, NY), expanding staff and broadening our horizons. We are making strategic partnerships and investing in even better technologies (for those of you who really know us, thats quite a challenge, as we generally like to be on the cutting edge and tend to deem technology obsolete before weve even taken it out of the box). We are growing and improving with ruthless efficiency. And we are doing it all to serve you better. We are litigators practicing with openness, honesty and transparency.
