A1K9 team returned to base from #London last night after a busy and enjoyable weekend handing over two #familyprotectiondogs to their new owners. The weekend was spent showing the two families how to correctly handle their new A1K9 additions, covering both the obedience and the protection training, involving all the family members. The handovers are an important part of what we do, ensuring that the new owners felt both confident and capable before we departed on our journey back to Wales. At A1K9 customer service is key to our operation and needless to say we provide a comprehensive back up service, following the sale and handover of the dogs that we train and supply.
