AAAAND I just had to fire my General Contractor right before he was scheduled to start work. Guy kept over bidding things (like $2000 to Tile 34 sq ft of wall...really?!?) And couldnt even get his bid numbers straight. too vague and I couldnt get him to be specific on what work he would do (even though I listed it for him and all he had to do was copy and past) I would have even been fine with a time and materials deal but he was just super sloppy on the paperwork ect.... sorry man. Way too many red flags. NEXT!
