AAARRGH!! On last Friday, just in time for my road trip out of town to attend a family members funeral... My I-Phone telephone contacts VAPORIZED into cyberspace. My music log, notes, etc. were fine... Just my phone info file was wiped clean! So, I decided not to fret... Ill just get on I-cloud & restore... No help there! So I decided to go in & visit the I-Phone gurus at the Apple Store... I might as well have consulted my 11 yr old niece!! They neither knew how it happened, nor how to restore it. Frustration & panic have now set in. Now Im fretting!! That list took me 4 years to compile!!! Ive inquired & consulted every computer geek I know... To no avail! I didnt know just how much Id relied on that info until the phone imps came & jacked me!! I remember when we had rotary dials & push buttons... And momma kept everyones contact info handwritten on scraps of paper until she could transfer them to a 5x7 alphabetical book that resided on the living room coffee table! This technology has lulled me to sleep!! I useta memorize everything until I developed this false reliance on this I-Phone!! To those damned imps: lesson WELL learned... Youll NEVER get me again!!
