AAL KE GATTE WITH BOTTLE GOURD DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS 1 no Bottle gourd 2 1/2 tbsp Semolina 2 tbsp Gram Flour 2 tbsp Wheat flour To taste Salt ½ tsp Baking soda 3 tbsp Mustard oil 2 tsp Finley chopped green chilli 2 tsp Finley chopped garlic 2 tsp Finley chopped ginger 2 tsp Mustard seeds 2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 cup Finely chopped onion 1 cup Finley chopped capsicum 1 cup Finely chopped tomato 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tsp All ground spice As required Olive oil As required Water To garnish: Finely Chopped Tomato Bell Pepper Sliced Lemon PROCESS In a bowl add grated bottle gourd, semolina, gram flour, wheat flour, salt, baking soda, green chillies, garlic, ginger and water to prepare the dough and make small dumplings. Boil the dumplings in hot water along with olive oil and salt in a pan. Now, in a pan heat mustard oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, bell pepper, tomato, salt and red chilli powder, turmeric powder, all ground spice and the water in which the dumplings were boiled and cook for 5-7minutes and then add the dumplings and let cook . Garnish the prepared dumplings with tomato, bell pepper, capsicum and lemon. Your Aal Ke Gattey with Bottlegourd Dumpligs are ready.
