AAP condemns the politics of greed for power The break up of the two major political alliances in Maharashtra unveils the true power hungry face of the four major parties – the BJP, Sena, NCP, Congress. Alliances which were nearly a quarter century long have broken up due to a lust for seats, positions and the single significant learning from this development is that for decades together these parties have fooled the common man that they had come together for some ideology, they have only been together to stay in power. Aam Aadmi Party condemns this desperate lust for power. But even more reprehensible is the betrayal of voters who thought they were voting for some manifest policies on governances and development when they voted for these alliances. The truth is that the common man, his beliefs, his betterment has never been in their agenda – it was only selfish interests. It is a wake up call for the voters of this great state, whose excellence in all fields from farming to finance has spearheaded the Indian growth story, to now think through the implications of voting for these rogue politicians who put their business interests above all else. AAP condemns the Congress, NCP, BJP, Sena and MNS brand of politics wherein people are misled through false persuasions and promises. We exhort the people to vote for honest candidates who have no communal, criminal, corrupt, or dynastic taints. There may be very few such people, but let us vote for them and save the state the ignominy of having such shameful representatives besmirch the corridors of democracy.
