AAP leader Anjali Damania has just brought to the notice of the police and transport authorities that irrigation scam tainted contractor FA Construction owners – the Khatri family possess a large number of expensive imported vehicles under bogus registration. At a raid carried out day before yesterday by the Mumbai Police and RTO, a Bentley was uncovered and the building entry register showsed he movements of various vehicles. As per our information the Khatris have a white Range Rover MH01 AV01, a black Range Rover MH01 AS01 , a Bentley MH43 W01, a Rolls Royce MH01 TC 393 and a Lambhorigini MH01 AK01 and all are plying under bogus number plates. AAP spent the whole day on 15th trying to convince the ACB / RTO to take cognizance of the complaint but they failed to act on time, as a result the cars which were present in the parking lot have now been moved. However, there is CCTV camera footage as well as a log book of the registration numbers. We are certain that if these are matched. However, we are disturbed with the attitude of the local police which is not taking possession of the evidence. The raid took place in Pratik Avenue, opposite Shiv Sagar restaurant, Vile Parle East.
