AAP sets 1-week delivery plan to fulfil radical promises Although AAP is waiting for the final approval of the citys electorate through the public referendum, senior leaders feel government formation is imminent and the party is now looking at what its priorities should be set immediately after coming to power. Free water supply of up to 700 litres for every household will, apparently, be the first promise of the AAP manifesto that its government will fulfill. According to party spokesperson Manish Sisodia, water and the audit of power will be the easiest to execute as it will only need an executive order.
