AAP’s efforts to raise awareness going from strength to strength. Aam Aadmi Party Ludhiana’s Clean and Green Ludhiana Project headed by Col. CM Lakhanpal is going from strength to strength with the drive which emphasis on issues such as Road Safety, Obeying Traffic Rules, Environment Protection and Awareness against Drug Abuse. Carrying forward this programme AAP volunteers today staged this drive at Bharat Nagar Chowk, near Telephone Exchange. AAP Distt. Convener Ahbaab Singh Grewal said that we are very encouraged by the positive response this drive of ours has elicited. We have received messages of support from all sections of society and this gives us strength to carry on and expand this small effort of ours which is aimed at raising holistic awareness amongst public on various issues. We are especially thankful to the media for helping us publicize this drive of ours thus playing a very important role in supporting our efforts. We will try to reach out to as many people as possible and carry on a drive on various thoroughfares in the city. Our aim is to make a small difference to people lives. With informative placards having slogans like: Don’t use Pressure Horns, Pollution Free Ludhiana Top Priority, Park your Vehicle Properly, Save Rive Sutlej – Save Lives etc. ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ… ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਗਰ ਚੌਂਕ, ਟੈਲੀਫੋਨ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਕੋਲ ਕਰਨਲ ਲਖਨਪਾਲ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਚਲਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ, ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਆਪ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਹਿਬਾਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਰੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇਹ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਹਰ ਹਫਤੇ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਆਪ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਸ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਫੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। ਗਰੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜੇਕਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਥੋੜੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਪਾ ਸਕੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲ ਸਮਝਾਂਗੇ।
