AB-tastic! Building core strength is essential for a strong body! My clients know all to well that abdominal/core work is so important as Im constantly telling them to engage their core. Why? Because a lot of the stability during exercise comes from centering your body and creating muscular balance and strength through core work. Heres a fun little workout video of some great exercises to help build your core strength! 12-15 reps, 3 sets of each exercise! Recommended for intermediate-advanced clients. Make sure that you are educated and informed when it comes to how you move your body.
